Refund policy

We want you to be happy with PasteDemo. If you are not, here is how refunds work.

14 days, no questions

If you subscribe and have used fewer than 3 videos, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment.

If something went wrong

If a video failed because of a problem on our side, we give the video back to your balance, or refund the payment if you prefer. Write to us and tell us which video.

Renewals and cancelling

You can cancel any time in Billing and plan. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. If you forgot to cancel and were charged for a renewal and did not use any videos, write to us within 7 days and we will refund it.

How to ask

Email mawjoodaitech@gmail.com with the email address of your account. Payments are processed by Paddle, which sends the refund back to your original payment method.
